Physics lecturer Rupinder Brar a top 20 finalist in TVO Best Lecturer competition

TVO has announced the 20 finalists in the
2010 Big Ideas Best Lecturer Competition and Dr. Rupinder Brar, a Physics lecturer in the Faculty of Science, was one of the lecturers selected. Dr. Brar's biography on the TVO website describes him as having
"...a reputation for effectively communicating complex topics
in Physics and Astronomy to undergraduate students of all different
backgrounds with a lecturing style that is engaging, entertaining,

Viewers and a panel of judges will decide the winner of TVO's Best Lecturer competition. The top 10 finalists will be announced on February 8, 2010.
